At Sorellina Pasta Co., every ingredient we use is chosen with care, intention, and a deep respect for both tradition and quality. Here’s a little more about what goes into our food:
Flour
We use premium flour sourced directly from Italy and North Carolina:

- Molino Paolo Mariani (Italy): 100% Italian wheat, grown, harvested, and milled by the Mariani family. Their commitment to traditional methods and exceptional quality shines through in every batch.
- Lindley Mills Organic Flour (North Carolina): A historic, family-run mill producing certified organic flours with a focus on sustainability and craftsmanship.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We use only extra virgin olive oil from Italy — no seed oils, ever. We believe in keeping our food pure, simple, and true to its roots.
Produce
Whenever available, we source organic vegetables and herbs. Fresh, seasonal, and full of flavor, just as it should be.
Meat
Our meats come from Joyce Farms’ Heritage line, known for raising animals naturally and humanely with no antibiotics, no hormones, and no artificial additives.

- Beef: 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on regenerative farmland without grains or growth stimulants.
- Pork: Pasture-raised and fed a wholesome vegetarian diet, including forages, herbs, fruits, vegetables, and grains grown and milled onsite.
