Where do you deliver?
We currently serve the Charlotte area within the following zip codes.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is $30. The minimum order for free shipping is $60. Any order under $60 will incur a shipping fee of $5.00.
How do orders arrive?
All of our orders are packaged and delivered in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain the quality of the product, and to ensure the temperature of the items is well within the required temperatures regulated by the Health Department. Please be sure to bring the box inside and move the items to your refrigerator as soon as possible.
How long will my pasta kit last?
All items can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or can be frozen upon arrival for up to 2 weeks. We recommend cooking and eating them as soon as possible to be able to experience them at their peak freshness.
Can I order for same day delivery?
Orders must be placed by 8pm the day before your desired delivery date.
What if I have food allergies and/or dietary restrictions?
Please feel free to reach out to us at sorellinapasta@gmail.com to inquire whether an allergy or dietary restriction can be accommodated for a particular menu item. There is also a field at check out to alert us of any restrictions.
Do you offer gluten-free pasta?
We are not set up to provide gluten-free items. We do offer an alternative gluten-free dried pasta made and packaged in Italy for an additional fee. The gluten-free alternative may not be the same shape as the standard menu offering, but we will select the closest shape available to suit the sauce’s needs. Please note, however, due to the nature of flour, we cannot guarantee any of our other products that we make in house are free from trace amounts of gluten.
